I enjoyed the beautiful views just a few steps away from the Heavenly Gondola Run and loved that the stunning Lake Tahoe was less than a 5-minute drive, making it perfect for my park walks and city explorations.

This place suits me perfectly. The staff is friendly, the outdoor swimming pool is great, and I always enjoy the coffee shop. They helped me print documents during my first stay, which I appreciated. I’m coming back for a weekend!

However, I was disappointed to discover that the hot tub was out of order during my entire three-night stay, which was not communicated to us until after we attempted to use it. Furthermore, the checkout time was earlier than expected at 10 AM, and the lack of an on-site restaurant was a minor inconvenience, though delivery options were available.

The pool and spa area was very pleasant and the staff really went the extra mile when I had some trouble with my car. I can't forget how the valet helped me find my keys after I misplaced them in the snow, that was a lifesaver.
